The vision for these workshops has always been to be a live in-the-flesh event, but for now we're going virtual to make sure we're keeping everyone safe and abiding by ever changing guidelines. 

 

I'm working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the in-person events happen as soon as humanly possible, so stay tuned. 

In the meantime, I've got a fantastic programme of activities for you on Zoom, at a reduced online price as there are no venue overheads to cover and the cooking portion of the event is in a cook-along-at-home format.

With so much misinformation everywhere it's easy to feel lost and confused, not knowing where to turn for what you really need. 
I've put together a programme to give women a strong foundation in all essential areas of life - healthy eating, community, education, self-talk and mental & physical wellbeing practices.

 

Treating disease is not enough - it's time to start giving our bodies what they need to thrive, and I'm here to give you the skills & support you need to balance your body and mind for a happier, healthier you.

With these events, I hope to empower women to become the architects of their own lives... and I'd like you to be one of them.

COMMUNITY

Our lives have become unbelievably stressful, we're working longer hours, eating on-the-run, consuming more media than ever before and our society is more polarised than any time in living memory.

 

There are so many conflicting opinions out there on what we should eat, how our bodies should look, what supplements we should take, which brand new fad diet we should try, how many squats we should be doing etc etc... let's face it, we're worrying more - just listing these is exhausting!

 

 

It's hard to know how to cope. Time for a new community.
