In reality it’s usually a lack of understanding about how the body works. When you learn what your body needs, how your metabolism and hormones function and how to nourish yourself properly, everything becomes easier. You stop ignoring your body's cues. You stop looking for quick fixes. You start working with your body instead of against it.
 

When you’re aligned with your body you feel better. Your energy lifts. You become more resilient. You feel more at home in your own skin. And your overall health, mood and confidence naturally begin to thrive.
