I strongly believe that physical wellness can only be achieved through creating harmony between the mind, body and soul. Disease or Dis-Ease is the body’s way of communicating an internal imbalance and should therefore not be masked by pharmaceuticals but treated from the inside out.  Have you ever noticed symptoms of poor gut health at times of stress or anxiety? Where conventional medicine views symptoms are something to be suppressed, I view them as messengers and a call to action to get to the root of the issue and restore wellness.
